ATTENTION: UTILITY BILLING PAYMENT PORTAL HAS BEEN UPDATED

We wanted you to be the first to know that the City of Alexander City has a new online payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.

The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, stored payment info, email notifications, and many more.

You will be directed to the new website when you select the “Pay My Bill” option on the city’s website at www.alexandercityal.gov or you can access Xpress Bill Pay at https://xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=alexandercity10990. You will need to visit the site to establish an online account. If you had auto pay set with the city’s previous provider, you will need to visit Xpress Bill Pay to set up a new Auto Pay. If you were previously signed up for paperless billing, you will need to re-establish this by creating an account and opting in for paperless billing. 

We know you will love the new features. As of today, you may create an online account with Xpress Bill Pay and link your current bill. The last day payments can be made using Civic Pay is August 21st.
