Vehicle license tags may be purchased at the Probate Office in the Tallapoosa County Courthouse Annex Building in Alexander City on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. It is located at 395 Lee Street. In addition, driver's license can also be renewed at the same location during those same days and hours.
