The City of Alexander City, Alabama, is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of the Courthouse Building. More information can be obtained about the proposal by viewing the specifications below. Proposals must be submitted by mail or hand-delivery in writing to the Alexander City Clerk’s office no later than July 31, 2022 by 5:00 PM CST. One (1) original proposal shall be submitted as indicated in the specifications below and one electronic copy of the submittal shall be delivered to amanda.thomas@alexandercityal.gov by 5:00 p.m. July 31, 2022. Submittals shall be placed in a sealed package clearly marked “Courthouse Re-Development, RFP No. 22/14”.
