The City of Alexander City, Alabama seeks sealed proposals to rehabilitate the current City Hall Building as per the specifications contained in the request for proposal. A copy of the request, instructions and/or specifications may be viewed below.
Proposals shall be received at the Alexander City Clerk’s office, located at 4 Court Square, Alexander City, Alabama 35010, until Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 5:00 PM. All proposals must state the RFP number, opening date, and name of company on the outside of the envelope. No proposals will be accepted via fax or email.
