City Buildings Closed to Public

We regret to inform our citizens that as of Tuesday, January 5, 2020, all City buildings will be closed to the public until further notice. With the recent COVID spikes in our community and the possibility of more spikes we feel the need close in order to protect citizens and employees. All functions and operations of the City will continue. Please review the list below concerning how to pay your utility bills, renew or purchase business licenses, purchase building permits, etc. Also, please utilize our website, alexandercityal.gov, for information, forms, staff email addresses and department phone numbers.

Utility Payments: make all payments or requests for information through the United States Postal Service, on-line, through email, or use of drop-boxes. You can email the Utilities Collection Department from our website.
