23-04 Alcoholic Beverage Service/Bartending Services

The City of Alexander City (“City”) is interested in contracting with a well-qualified entity (“Service Provider”) to provide alcoholic beverage service for special events at the Municipal Complex, an approximately 85,000 sq. ft facility located at 281 James D. Nabors Drive in Alexander City, Alabama. A full copy of the RFP and all addendums may be obtained at [https://alexandercityal.gov/rfps].

Proposals must be submitted in writing to the Alexander City Clerk’s office no later than Wednesday, November 16, 2022. All proposals must state RFP number and opening date on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the address stated in the specifications. No proposals will be allowed to be submitted via fax or email
